Where do you deliver?

We offer shipping to Malaysia via Ninja Van and Poslaju. Kindly refer below for our standard shipping rates.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate shipping of RM8 to West Malaysia and RM12 to East Malaysia.

Shipping is FREE for orders above RM200 within Malaysia!

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, International shipping can be arranged upon request. Email us at for further information and arrangement.

When will my order be shipped out?

Paid orders made on a particular day will be shipped within the next three (working) days. You will be given a unique tracking code once your order has been processed and packed.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Next day delivery within Peninsular Malaysia with exceptions on weekends and public holidays. Sabah and Sarawak may take an extra day or two. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Ninja Van or PosLaju. You can track your parcel at (Poslaju) or (Ninja Van).

I received a defect/wrong/missing item.

Fret not! Email us at with your Order ID and we’ll get it sorted out.

Can I choose to self-collect or Cash on Delivery (COD)? Where?
