Where do you deliver?

We offer shipping to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia via NinjaVan (https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my) or EasyParcel (https://easyparcel.com/my/en/). We shall choose the preferred delivery partner depending on your location. Kindly refer below for our standard shipping rates.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer local & international shipping to these countries with a flat-rate shipping rate.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, flat rate international shipping applies for Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia only. Shipping to other countries can be arranged upon request. Email us at hello@velria.com for further information and arrangement.

When will my order be shipped out?

Paid orders made on a particular day will be shipped within the next three (working) days. You will be given a unique tracking code once your order has been processed and packed.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Next day delivery within Peninsular Malaysia with exceptions on weekends and public holidays. Sabah and Sarawak may take an extra day or two. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by the courier and its partner(s). Fret not! Email us at hello@velria.com with your Order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you.

Can I choose to self-collect or Cash on Delivery (COD)? Where?
